Kork wine.

Wine in a can? Yes please. I wrote some brand lines for this delicious concept.

The brief

Foundry are a creative studio with a keen eye for fun imagery. They approached me to write some punchy copy for their canned wine concept, and as a keen fan of grapes, I was happy to help.

The process

I was sent some brand imagery that really captured the essence of what Foundry were trying to do. Kork was their idea for wine in a can, something they’d use to showcase their motion design skills and appeal to potential clients. They wanted copy that was fun, quirky and a little bit ballsy, which if you had to describe me in three words would be pretty damn accurate.

I started playing, writing lines of all shapes and sizes to see where I’d end up. Did I pop open a bottle for inspiration? Yes, absolutely.

The outcome

I don’t know how people make things move on a screen and I never want to find out, lest it ruin the magic. But Foundry made my words look beautiful, and made lots of people very thirsty.
